Into wilderness of big national squads Montichiari 2016

Main event was around a corner and I was hoping to get a opportunity to fight to be the best of the best. My chance came after riding warm up time.

World Track paracycling Championship  2016 Montichiari, Italy. We were only a small team sent out into wilderness of big national squads. Kyleigh, me and Brano. Kyleigh is the brain behind all of the action. He writes stories and I execute them to the dot. Montichiari was one hell of a story. After hours and hours on the bike, behind motorbike in velodrome and in the gym the race was on. In one kilo TT legs were spinning wild, loose canon style. Surprise, surprise it was enough for second position. Good mid-stage result. Main event was around a corner and I was hoping to get a opportunity to fight to be the best of the best. My chance came after riding warm up time of 4:26:something. Focused, ready for ride of, I ordered my legs to pedal full speed ahead. Lucky enough, after all the work, world title stays with me for another year. Party was great, the company made it all that much more special and I am so happy to be able to enjoy those special moments. How it really was than? Beautiful, ecstatic, painful and still totally amazing when it was over.
