There was a time when I have considered pasta or rice with vegetables or piece of chicken for light meal. As usual I have decided to go outside the conventional interpretation of light meals and experimented with all kinds of combinations.
I am often faced with fairly difficult decision what to eat for breakfast before race or test or any sort of hard and prolonged ride. I have condemned all sort of cereals.
